About the webinar
The AIA Housing Awards recognize exceptional design in various types of housing. The winning designs represent design excellence and the best practices in the field, they also reflect commitment to sustainability, cultural adequacy, and accessibility to foster healthy neighborhoods and communities.
The panel will discuss the approaches that the winners used to address various challenges through design. The panel will also discuss the design criteria used as the basis of selection, including the role of housing as an opportunity to rethink diverse forms of living, how to provide innovative ways to combat shortages, and how to promote a sustainable and responsible design.
