Women's Leadership Summit 

This annual event supports and empowers women on their leadership journeys and breaks down the barriers that get in the way. Next to Lead 

This two-year program—the first of its kind—supports ethnically diverse women who aspire to be AIA leaders. It features an online curriculum and includes serving in a volunteer leadership role within AIA.

AIA Leadership Summit 

This annual event is designed to help AIA chapter leaders maximize their leadership potential in their chapters, communities, and the architecture profession. Leadership in advocacy is a centerpiece of the summit, offering attendees the opportunity to meet with members of Congress and their staff to advocate for issues impacting the built environment in their state.

Women's Leadership Edge

In partnership with the University of California-Hastings' Center for Worklife Law, AIA offers members access to Women's Leadership Edge. This resource provides practical, evidence-based tools that enable organizations to effectively retain, support, and advance women from within.
