Opt out of receiving a paper invoice for your AIA membership renewal. Update your communication preferences by October 1, 2024 to go paperless.
Go paperless with AIA
Not interested in receiving paper invoices for your AIA membership renewal? You can now opt out and go paperless.
Update your communication preferences before October 1, 2024 and you’ll stop receiving mailed paper invoices for all future renewals.
How to opt out:
- Log into your AIA account.
- Click "Edit" in the red "Manage" box.
- Select “Communication preferences.”
- Click the “Opt-out of paper renewal invoice mailing” check box.
Members who opt out after October 1, 2024 will still receive a paper invoice in 2024, but will be paperless for all subsequent renewals.
